I love organizing. I love office supplies and art supplies. I love balancing practical systems with just enough spontaneity and freedom to allow for creativity and imagination to flourish. And as someone born in the micro-generation between Gen X and Millennials, I had a largely analog life growing up, and value balancing the analog and the digital.

I’m also a mental health counselor with 15+ years’ experience, and I love digging into the specifics of how people operate - what works for us and what doesn’t, how we interpret and understand the world, how we adapt and build the conditions to thrive.
